Updated under an hour ago ()

Does this affect you?

It affects Go standard library archive/zip and 1 other product. Add what you run to find out whether that includes you.

No exploitation reported and no EPSS estimate yet.

archive/zip uses a super-linear file name indexing algorithm that is invoked the first time a file in an archive is opened. This can lead to a denial of service when consuming a maliciously constructed ZIP archive.
