CVE-2026-0871Org.keycloak/keycloak-services: keycloak: unauthorized modification of unmanaged user attributes by administrators

Updated under an hour ago ()

Does this affect you?

It affects Red Hat build of Keycloak 26.4 and 5 other products. Add what you run to find out whether that includes you.

No exploitation reported and no EPSS estimate yet.

A flaw was found in Keycloak. An administrator with `manage-users` permission can bypass the "Only administrators can view" setting for unmanaged attributes, allowing them to modify these attributes. This improper access control can lead to unauthorized changes to user profiles, even when the system is configured to restrict such modifications.

The CVE record is authoritative. Products marked “from the name” were identified from the CNA's free-text names, not a CPE, and are matched less certainly. This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.
